As an RBS affiliate, you earn commission by promoting courses on the RBS Marketplace.

Instructor Courses

Promote Courses on RBS

Every course on the RBS marketplace is created by an instructor, and each instructor sets their own affiliate commission rate for their course.

Commission is not a single fixed percentage — it varies from course to course.
The commission rate for each course is visible on the course's own page in the Affiliate Marketplace before you choose to promote it.
You're paid your commission once the referred order is successfully completed.

How the Affiliate Program Works

Here's the complete process, from creating your account to getting paid.

Create Your Affiliate Account

Register through the affiliate sign-up page with your details. This creates your Affiliate Dashboard and your own public Affiliate Profile — a shareable page with your photo and bio.

Get Your Link for Any Course

Every course in the Affiliate Marketplace has a Copy Affiliate Link button. Click it and you instantly have a tracked referral link for that specific course — no banner, no profile page, nothing else required. Share that link anywhere your audience is, and it's tracked and paid the same as any other method.

Optional: Generate a Banner Too

If you'd rather promote with a visual, click Generate Banner on the same course, then Get Embed Code to save it. Saved banners come with their own tracked link and are automatically added to your public Affiliate Profile, giving you a second way to promote the same course.

Share However Works for You

Post your copied course link, a banner embed, or your full profile link — on WhatsApp, Telegram, social media, your blog or website, or straight to your community. All three are tracked back to you the same way.

Your Audience Clicks and Enrolls

Whichever link they click — a copied course link, a banner, or your profile — "Enroll Now" always uses your tracked referral link.

Track Referrals in Your Dashboard

Your Affiliate Dashboard shows your referrals and commissions as they come in, so you always know how a course you're promoting is performing.

Earn Commission on Completed Orders

Once a referred order is successfully completed, your commission is credited to your affiliate wallet automatically. Orders that are still pending or that fail are not counted as earnings.

Request a Withdrawal

When you're ready to cash out, submit a withdrawal request from your dashboard:

You'll be asked for your bank account details.
The bank account name must match your verified identity and the name registered on your RBS account — third-party accounts are not accepted.
If you've withdrawn before, you can choose to reuse a previously saved bank account or add a new one at any time.
Before you confirm, you'll see any applicable withdrawal fee and the exact net amount you'll receive.
Withdrawal requests must meet the minimum withdrawal amount set by RBS.

Get Paid and Stay Updated

Payouts are processed via Paystack straight to your bank account. You'll get an email notification when your withdrawal request is submitted and under review, and another when it's been approved.

Every affiliate gets a public profile page like this — your photo and bio are there from the start. Course banners you generate (via "Generate Banner" → "Get Embed Code" in the Marketplace) get added here automatically too.

How does the RBS Affiliate Program work?

Every course in the Affiliate Marketplace has a Copy Affiliate Link button — click it and you have a tracked link for that course, ready to share anywhere. You can also generate a banner for a course if you want a visual to embed, which gets added to your public Affiliate Profile automatically. Either way, when someone clicks your link and completes a course purchase, you earn a commission credited to your affiliate wallet.

How much commission do I earn?

It depends on the course. Each instructor sets their own commission rate, so it varies from course to course — you can see the exact rate on the course's page in the Affiliate Marketplace before you choose to promote it.

Can affiliates promote Learning Partner institutions directly?

No. RBS does not run affiliate promotion directly to Learning Partner institutions or their programs. If a Learning Partner wants their courses promoted by affiliates, they need to upload the course to the RBS Marketplace through their Instructor Dashboard — once it's live, it becomes eligible for affiliate promotion just like any other course.

Who can join?

Anyone with an online presence — social media, a blog, a community, or even just a network of people who trust your recommendations.

When does my commission actually count as earned?

Only when the referred order is successfully completed. Pending or failed orders are never counted toward your earnings.

How and when do I get paid?

Commissions build up in your affiliate wallet. When you request a withdrawal, you'll provide your bank account details (or reuse a saved one), see the withdrawal fee and net payout amount, and receive your payout via Paystack once your request is approved. Withdrawals must meet the minimum amount set by RBS.

Whose bank account can I use for withdrawals?

Only a bank account in your own name, matching the identity you verified and the name registered on your RBS account. Third-party accounts cannot be used.
