Copyright Policy

Roxzine Business School ("Roxzine," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects everyone who uses our Platform — students, instructors, affiliates, Learning Partners, and visitors alike — to do the same. This Copyright Policy explains how we handle copyright ownership on the Platform and what to do if you believe your work has been used without permission.

1. Ownership of User-Submitted Content

Anyone who uploads or submits content to the Platform retains ownership of that content, whether it's an instructor's course, a Learning Partner's institution profile, or an affiliate's own promotional materials. By submitting content to Roxzine, you confirm that:

• You own the content, or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and distribute it
• The content does not infringe on the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party
• You are solely responsible for any claims arising from the content you submit

Instructors

Instructors retain ownership of the courses, videos, materials, and resources they upload to the Platform.

Learning Partners

Learning Partners retain ownership of their institution profile content — including their logo, cover image, program descriptions, and any other materials submitted as part of their Learning Partner listing. Roxzine displays this content on the Learning Partner's behalf but does not claim ownership of it.

Affiliates

Affiliates retain ownership of the promotional materials they personally create to market courses or Learning Partner programs (e.g. social media posts, graphics, or written content), provided that material does not misrepresent the course, instructor, or Learning Partner being promoted, and does not itself infringe on anyone else's intellectual property.

2. Roxzine's Own Content

The Roxzine name, logo, brand assets, website design, and any original content we create (including certificates and platform materials) are the property of Roxzine and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright — whether it appears in a course, a Learning Partner listing, or affiliate promotional material — please send us a written notice containing the following:

1. Your full name, email address, and (if applicable) the company or entity you represent
2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
3. The specific URL or location of the content on roxzine.com that you claim is infringing
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
6. Your physical or electronic signature

4. Our Process

Upon receiving a valid complaint, we will:

• Review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the reported content
• Notify the instructor, Learning Partner, or affiliate responsible for the content
• Give them an opportunity to respond with a counter-notice if they believe the content was removed in error

5. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice including:

1. Identification of the content removed and its location on the Platform before removal
2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
3. Your name, address, phone number, and email address
4. Your physical or electronic signature

We will review counter-notices in good faith and may reinstate content where appropriate.

6. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove the account of any instructor, Learning Partner, affiliate, or user who is found to have repeatedly infringed on the intellectual property rights of others.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Copyright Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
