We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, track affiliate referrals, and understand how the Platform is used. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the Platform — including affiliate referral tracking — may not work correctly without them.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account at any time, subject to Section 7.

Issued certificates and their verification codes are retained permanently, even if the associated account is later deleted, so that anyone can continue to verify a certificate's authenticity.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including secure payment processing through Paystack and access controls on our systems. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Request deletion of your data, subject to legal or contractual obligations (e.g. transaction records, and previously issued certificates, which must remain verifiable)

  • Object to certain uses of your data

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@roxzine.com.
