Set Your Price & Promote Your Course

Choose your course price and affiliate commission rate. Every published course is automatically available in the RBS Affiliate Marketplace, giving affiliates another way to promote it. You can also promote your course through your own audience, social media, website, email, and other channels.

Submit & Go Live

Submit your course for RBS quality review. Once approved, it goes live for students to discover and purchase. Any edits made after publishing are reviewed again before going live.

Sell & Earn Automatically

Students pay securely. Completed sales are credited to your instructor wallet automatically, with your net earnings calculated after the applicable platform fee and affiliate commission.

Verify & Withdraw

Do I need to verify my identity before I can publish a course?+

No. You can build and publish your course as soon as you register — identity verification only becomes required once you're ready to make your first withdrawal. Every course still goes through RBS's own quality review before it actually goes live, separately from identity verification.

Does my course need to be video-based?+

Yes. RBS is a video-based learning platform, so every course must contain substantive video lessons. You're welcome to add e-books, workbooks, templates and other downloadable resources alongside your videos, but these supplementary materials cannot be sold as standalone courses on their own.

What fees does RBS charge instructors?+

RBS charges an 8% platform fee on course sales, which means instructors receive 92% of their course revenue. If a sale comes through an affiliate, the applicable affiliate commission is deducted from the sale before the instructor's net earnings are credited to the instructor wallet. A separate withdrawal fee applies when you cash out your wallet balance — you'll always see the exact fee and net amount before confirming a withdrawal.

Is my course listed in the Affiliate Marketplace automatically?+

Yes. Every course that goes live on RBS is automatically listed in the Affiliate Marketplace — there's no separate opt-in step. You do choose your own commission rate for your course, course by course. This is on top of any promotion you do yourself.

When does a sale actually count toward my earnings?+

Only once the order is successfully completed. Pending or failed payments are never counted as sales or earnings.

Where do I see the platform fee I'm charged?+

Your main dashboard focuses on positive numbers — total sales, net earnings, affiliate commissions paid, and wallet balance. The platform fee itself is always available in each transaction's details and in your exported reports.

How and when do I get paid?+

Request a withdrawal from your wallet whenever you like. You'll provide bank account details (or reuse a saved one), see the withdrawal fee and net amount upfront, and get paid once your request is approved — provided it meets the minimum withdrawal amount.

Whose bank account can I withdraw to?+

Only an account in your own name, matching your verified identity. Third-party accounts cannot be used for withdrawals.

Do students get a certificate?+

Yes. Every student who completes your course automatically receives a verifiable RBS certificate — no manual work required from you.
