The Elite VA Academy Performance Partner

The Elite VA Academy is a professional Virtual Assistant training and mentorship program founded by Adaora Rejoice Honors — a VA Trainer, Executive Virtual Assistant and Social Media Manager dedicated to raising the standard of Virtual Assistance across Africa and beyond.
We do not teach surface level VA. We go deep. We build knowledgeable, skilled, confident and professional Virtual Assistants who are fully equipped to compete with the best talent anywhere in the world and win.
Our students come in as complete beginners — some with no experience, no tools and no idea where to start. They leave as certified, client-ready professionals with the skills, the confidence and the strategy to go after clients and opportunities immediately.
Since launching, The Elite VA Academy has trained students across Nigeria, Pakistan, India, Cameroon,Uganda, Ghana, South Africa, Indonesia and beyond. Our reputation is built on one thing — real transformation, not just a certificate.
We offer a comprehensive Main VA Program, Private One-on-One Training and nine Specialty Tracks for students who want to go deep into a specific niche.
This is not just a training program. It is a complete career transformation.
